pirates, witches and virgins - oh my

It's that time of year again. Yes, the time when you lovely ladies start thinking about your underthings and prancing around in them in front of your man... or woman for that matter. Yes, I'm talking about Valentines Day. I can safely say this is the most vulnerable day of the entire year for a man. It's where expectations run high and for those of you trying to please, it's never good to under impress.

Honestly, I've never been a big fan of the so called Hallmark holiday (Insert sigh of relief from my man). It could be the countless younger years spent yearning for my M.O.D. to sweep me off my feet or the ridiculous gifts I did receive. Please note, Winnie the Pooh musical snow globes do not get my motor running. No offense to pooh, tigger or piglet. You guys are all swell however, inappropriate for anyone over the age of 6.

If you are inclined to celebrate this fine holiday OR if you are like me and happen to have a bachelorette party over Valentines weekend then I highly recommend you click your sassy self over to Agent Provocateur. Your man and the bride-to-be will be oh so happy. Consider this fair WARNING... the content is probably not something you want to open at the office.

AP's new Virgins campaign is likely to raise a few eyebrows. If you haven't yet realized, attention is what AP seeks. And attention they shall receive. Nipple tassels on so called virgins is likely to garner the attention they so desire. Previous collections boast Helena Christensen for the Pirates Campaign and my favorite, the Season of the Witch. Both interactive and not to be missed.

Famous faces such as Kate Moss, Maggie Gyllenhaal and Kylie Minogue have all modeled for this UK line. And if this doesn't make you blow off the rest of your Wednesday, then maybe a quick little fashion show will. Brings new meaning to the term Hump Day, doesn't it?
